What's the actual difference between a gel pillow and memory foam?
Memory foam moulds slowly and holds heat in. A gel pillow responds faster and pulls heat away. If you've ever slept hot on memory foam, gel feels noticeably cooler. The trade-off is that gel doesn't contour quite as closely, but most people prefer the cooling effect.
