These Terms & Conditions explain how we operate, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you when shopping at heavenbeds.com. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Heaven Beds Ltd, referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout these terms. As a customer (“you”, “buyer”, or “user”), you agree that your use of this website and any orders placed are subject to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Our Products

We take great care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly +-2cm due to manufacturing tolerances.


3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed online through www.heavenbeds.com
  • Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt.
  • We accept both deposit payments and cash on delivery for the remaining balance.
  • A binding contract is created once we confirm your order by email.

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g. product out of stock), we’ll notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment or deposit in full.


4. Prices & Discounts

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT.
  • We reserve the right to update prices or offers at any time.
  • Only one discount code can be used per order.

5. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order after it has been processed or manufactured.
However, if we cancel your order due to stock issues or errors, your deposit will be fully refunded.


6. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

  • Standard delivery is free in England.
  • Deliveries to Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland include an £80 delivery charge.
  • We offer assembly service upon request.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as traffic or weather.

If you’re unable to accept delivery on the agreed date, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
A £60 redelivery charge may apply if we arrive and you’re unavailable.

Please ensure stairways and doorways are measured correctly before delivery. Drivers may refuse returns if an item does not fit due to access limitations.


7. Assembly Service

Our assembly option includes carrying the bed to your chosen room and setting it up.
This service does not include:

  • Dismantling old furniture
  • Removing packaging
  • Disposing of old beds or mattresses

8. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our beds.

  • 90-Day Comprehensive Warranty: Covers repair or replacement of defective parts due to manufacturing issues.
  • 2-Year Parts Replacement Warranty: We’ll replace any defective parts within 2 years of purchase at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or improper assembly.
  • You’ll need proof of purchase to claim warranty service.

9. Cancellations & Returns

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, designs, and text, is owned by or licensed to Heaven Beds Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.


11. Liability

We’re not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses that result from delays, access issues, or circumstances beyond our control.


12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply.
